The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirate of Riyadh Region, in order to launch the Emiratisation program in the Riyadh region, where the Ministry was represented in the signing of this memorandum by His Excellency the Minister Engineer / Ahmed Bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, while the Emirate was represented by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Prince of the region.

The MoU aims to launch a localization program in the regions with the aim of contributing to and supporting the empowerment of citizens from jobs that are limited to them at the regional level, and raising the level and skills of workers and enabling them in the labor market to achieve economic sustainability through partnership with the Ministry of Interior represented by the emirates of the regions to ensure the success of the goals of growth and development of national human cadres in The various commercial sectors and activities in the regions.  

In addition to enhancing participation and cooperation between the Emirate of Riyadh and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in this field.

This memorandum comes within the Ministry’s plans to conclude various partnerships with all sectors of the state to raise the percentage of the national workforce’s contribution to the labor market and provide quality solutions that promote productive and sustainable localization of activities and professions, and integration with government agencies to achieve the goals stipulated in Vision 2030.
